SATISFACTION GUARANTEE
If you change your mind or if you are dissatisfied with any merchandise you purchase from Wooden Bird Carvings, we will refund to you the full purchase price of the order LESS 25% to cover the original cost of shipping and handling.

Please read the following guidelines carefully!   Failure to follow these procedures could delay your refund.

RETURNS

  • Returns must be requested within 10 days of your receipt of merchandise.
  • All merchandise must be returned in the original factory condition, including all packaging materials, inserts, hardware packs and manuals.
  • Open box items will be inspected and are subject to a restocking fee if items are found damaged or parts missing.
  • All orders cancelled after shipment has been made will be subject to round trip shipping and handling charges.
  • For shipments damaged in transit do not return - See Below.

 SHIPPING DAMAGE: (please read carefully)

  • If an item is damaged in shipping, you must keep all packaging materials and Wooden Bird Carvings must be notified by Email at: webmaster@woodenbirdcarvings.com
  • We will provide you with a Return Invoice and a Return Confirmation Number which will need to be affixed to the OUTSIDE of the package being returned.
  • The Return Invoice must be accompanied with all returns and exchanges.
  • Either Wooden Bird Carvings or our manufacturer's representative will handle all correspondence with UPS and arrange for product replacement and return shipping through UPS.
  • If the original packaging is discarded before UPS inspects, or damaged items are shipped back to the factory without authorization by us the replacement claim that Wooden Bird Carvings has made with UPS on your (our customer's) behalf will be null and void. This will result in a denied damage claim with UPS and no replacement or refund will be issued.
  • NOTE: If damaged merchandise is being returned for an exchange we will ship the replacement product to you at no charge.
