This Mini (5-inch) American Robin carving was hand-crafted from solid Basswood. Commonly widespread throughout most of North America, the American Robin is often seen on lawns with its head cocked as it searches for earthworms. It also eats insects and berries. Robins nest normally in shrubs, trees and on sheltered windowsills and eaves.
