This open-mouthed Eastern Bluebird and Baby carving was hand-crafted from solid Basswood. The Eastern Bluebird prefers to nest in holes in trees and posts or available nest boxes. Nest boxes should be placed where the front of the box is easily visible by the parents watching from nearby trees.
