This Painted Bunting On Branch carving was hand-crafted from solid Basswood. With their dark blue head, green back, red rump and under parts, male Painted Buntings are some of the most gorgeous wild birds in North America. Painted Buntings can be found throughout the deep South from Florida to Texas and Oklahoma.
