Red Factor Canary

This Red Factor Canary carving was hand-crafted from solid Basswood. The Red-Factor Canary is the most popular "Color" canary (or "Colorbred") canary type. "Colorbred" canaries were specifically bred to bring a specific color with little or no regard for the singing ability of the Canary. Any canary with a red factor gene can be referred to as a "red factor".
